We were asked to build a mobile app for KiberPride, a national network of computer clubs, based on an existing design.
Our team was responsible for frontend and backend development, integration with the club's internal system, pre-release testing and publication on the App Store and RuStore.
The app was designed as the main digital service for the network's users.
Players needed to be able to quickly find a club, choose a time, see free seats on an interactive floor plan, make a booking, top up their balance and manage their gaming hours right in the app.
Beyond core booking, the product includes features that matter to regular visitors: a personal account, booking history, a bonus system, levels and rewards, reviews, a leaderboard, friends, gifts, a referral program and other mechanics. They make the app more than a booking tool – it's a full part of the user experience across the KiberPride network.
A separate task on our side was integration with the club's internal system.
This gives users one app for booking as well as their balance, gaming hours, bonuses and other features tied to the network's infrastructure.
For a product like this it's critical: the app has to work as an extension of the club's internal processes, not as a standalone storefront.
