• Contact details you give us in forms and the quiz: name, phone number, email address
• Your quiz answers and project details, including budget and timing
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email
• Technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, to the extent collected by our website and analytics tools

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request, prepare an estimate and discuss your project: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
• To send informational materials, if you tick the box: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time
• To run, secure and improve the website: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f))
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and communicate with you, such as our website platform, email, messaging and analytics providers, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. International transfers
Some providers and team members are located outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred there, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, or on another lawful basis.
