Pyrus is a mobile app for an aviation company's team that brings operational tasks and all flight communication into one place.

The product was built for staff who need quick access to work tasks, updates, details, chats and file sharing without switching between systems.

The app brings together tasks related to flights, ground handling, transfers, hotels, permits and other processes where speed of response, up-to-date data and clear responsibility matter.

The key idea of the project is a convenient mobile interface based on Pyrus, so the team can work with tasks fully through the app as well as the web version.

Users see only the tasks they have access to, can quickly open the right case, check its status, go to the discussion and continue working on mobile.

The most difficult and important part of the project was integration with Pyrus.

We had to do more than develop an interface: we had to build the logic for tasks, chats, attachments, statuses, user roles and access rights within the API's limitations.

In essence, the task was to move a complex internal process to mobile while keeping daily work convenient for the team.

The project is complete. The app was built for the client's internal team and was not published in the app stores.

It includes email sign-in with a one-time code, PIN and biometric login, team workspaces, user and rights management, a task list, timeline, cards with details and chats, filters, attachments, push notifications and custom task creation.

For the business, this product makes internal operational communication more transparent and manageable.

The team gets to the information it needs faster, works in a single context for each task and spends less time on manual coordination, searching for data and approvals across scattered channels.
